How IceTime works
IceTime is a discovery platform, not a booking or payment engine. Facilities keep full control of approval, prices, contracts and final confirmation.
1. Find real ice
Every slot on IceTime is posted by the arena or verified by us from the arena's own schedule. If a rink hasn't shared availability yet, we say so plainly instead of inventing times.
2. Book through the rink
Open a slot and click through to the facility's own booking system or contact method. IceTime doesn't take rental payments, contracts or insurance — you complete the booking with the rink.
3. The arena decides
The rink reviews your request against its own schedule on their system. Nothing is held or guaranteed until they confirm it with you.
4. Confirmation and paperwork
The rink handles the rental agreement, insurance requirements and payment on their side. Only once they confirm is the ice yours.
What IceTime does — and doesn't do
- We are a discovery platform. IceTime shows you real ice availability, outdoor rink status, and local trainer profiles. We do not hold inventory, take payment, or manage bookings on your behalf.
- Rental ice goes through the rink. When you find a slot, you click through to the arena's own booking system, email, or phone number. The rink sets its own prices, terms, and confirmation process.
- Training goes through the trainer. Trainers display their availability and contact method; you arrange sessions directly with them. IceTime does not process training payments or scheduling.
- Pilot Mode is on. Arena and trainer memberships are free during the pilot. You won't see subscription pricing or checkout prompts while Pilot Mode remains active.
